The neighbors
you call about bugs
We started Montco Pest Control for one reason: southeast PA backyards are too good to surrender to mosquitoes and ticks for half the year.
Our story
Built over the fence
If the name is new to you, the trucks aren't — we used to operate as Patio Patrol. Same local crew, same guarantee, new name.
Montco Pest is from right here — our techs live in the same towns we treat, from Lansdale to Blue Bell to Collegeville. When we say a yard should be usable all season, we mean our own yards too.
We keep the promises simple: show up every 21 days, walk the property before we treat, use child- and pet-friendly products, and come back free if anything bites between visits. That is the whole playbook, and it works.
What drives us
What we stand for
Neighborly
You will know your tech by name, and they will know your yard. Friendly, respectful, helpful — the kind of company you recommend over the fence.
Thorough
Every visit starts with a property walk, and every treatment covers all three Tri-Block zones. No drive-by spraying.
Accountable
A 100% free re-treatment guarantee, no fine print. If your yard is not right, we come back until it is.
We love working in this community
